We care about your confidentiality. We ship all orders in discreet, plain packaging and we will never pass your details on to a third party. Our products are exclusively shipped via Hermes through our logistics centre, near Dover.

You may return any product for any reason within 104 days of the original purchase date for a refund at the original purchase price, by simply returning the unused item. When returning items in line with our 104-day money back guarantee you are responsible for the postage charged. Your items must arrive within 104 days of the original purchase date to qualify for a refund.

Important: Only unused products in its original, undamaged packaging may qualify for the 104 day money back guarantee. For hygienic reasons, used products are of course not eligible.

Goods returned for a refund must, in all respects, be in the condition you received them. If posting goods please keep proof of posting.

For hygienic reasons, personal products, vibrators and creams cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, unfit for the purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. In this case you may return the product for a guarantee exchange.

You may return any faulty product for an exchange in line with our guarantee, to the address provided above. In case of discontinued or out of stock items, we reserve the right to exchange an alternative product or follow up model of the same value. Please remember to return items postage paid by the lowest priced mode of despatch possible, initially. After the item is received by our claims department the costs of postage will be refunded to you.

Do not initiate a chargeback, as the hereby accrued charge (in this case £34) and other processing costs will be passed onto you for reimbursement. We may take up to 28 days to issue a refund; in case of returned items the 28 day period starts from the day the items are received by our warehouse.

This is why you may notice price fluctuations on our website, from time to time. Market forces also govern our pricing and we reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. The price shown in your shopping basket is the amount that you will pay for the items when ordering. After placing the order the amount cannot be adjusted or altered, manually.

All items on our website are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you shall be billed as such. After placing your order with us, you are issued an order number. The original receipt is included in your consignment. Please keep your order number and receipt safe for future reference.

Accepted payment methods are credit or debit card (Mastercard, VISA, Solo, Switch, Maestro etc.) and PayPal.

The prices shown on our web site include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.
